Well, I tried to get and oil change the other day but they said they couldn't do it because the oil plug was chipped. I want to know how to replaice this oil plug.

There are a few tricks for this. Sounds like whoever was going to change your oil was a little lazy?

One way is to get some good vice grips (locking pliers) and clamp down on the stripped head of the plug extremely tight. Then use the vice grips as leverage for turning the plug out. A more complex way ( you must know welding) is to weld a rod onto the stripped plug and use that to turn it -- then throw the rod and plug away to put in your new drain plug with a new gasket for the plug.

Hope this helps
