1995 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual ? miles

ok, so I have been having problems with my car overheating initially. however one day it just stopped running entirely. It will still try to turn, but it cant. we took out the plugs to see if that was the problem, and they are good, but they where wet. we dried them put them back in and tried again, it wouldnt start still. thats all I know. can you help any?

Its got no business being in there: Your possibilites here could mean blown headgasket cracked head or block or an intake leak-To find out get it block and pressure tested.
