This sounds like a wiring nightmare but I will attempt to help you. The top three things I would do and in no particular order are - Purchase a repair manual for this vehicle (flip through the manual and make sure you like it before you buy it), remove the battery and have it tested, check all the engine compartment fuses. If you find blown fuses, do not replace them right away as you may just blow the new fuse. Instead check the wires or devices connected to a blown fuse for a shorted or grounded wire. Also make sure all charging system connections are clean (shiney metal) and tight. Having had an alarm system that was removed, you may find there are O.E.M. Wires that were spliced into and not properly repaired that are causing some problems. This is where a wiring diagram of this cars ignition system would come in handy. Good Luck!
