2002 Dodge Intrepid Blinking Check engine light

While replacing timing belt, the starter burned out.

Not getting 12 volts to Coils.

Is this a 3.0L. Is it a Mitsu engine?
And when you turn the key what do you hear.
Does the check engine lamp work ok?
Was the battery disconnected and is the cam sensor plugged in? Does it crank over?
I hate when that happens. And it does happen. Joe
