Hi there,
The cam caps are sequenced, if you don't get them correct you may seize a cam shaft, the E is for Exhaust cam, the numbers are from the front of the engine to the rear. The I is inlet, Now your problem will be knowing which bank they belong to, get this wrong and you may do serious damage, problem is there is no indication as to which bank the caps belong to, you will need to torque the cams up with no valves to check the running clearance of each cam, you won't be able to do this with the valves in place, this is why it is so important to mark every thing first.
