what could be the problem or what could happen if moisure is getting into the oil?

Hi there,

Water in the oil is a sign of a possible head or head gasket problem, if it is just a very small amount of moisture around the oil filer cap. This may just me condensation and you will need to give the car a good run to get the oil up to temp as I feel you may be only doing a lot of short trips in you car.
