It's possible you have more than one issue going on. But it's hard to say from here.
As for the delayed start, it's possible your fuel pressure regulator is leaking. What the FPR is supposed to do is maintain pressure at the fuel injectors when you cut the car off. This allows your engine to start right up when you turn your key. But if it leaks, then all the fuel goes back to the tank, and when you turn your key, the engine has to wait until the pump gets the fuel back up to the injectors.
However, this shouldn't take an hour. So this leads me to the next possibility.
You may be able to reset your security system by disconnecting the bat for 15 minutes. But if this doesn't work, have your computer scanned for an obvious code. If there's any, get back with me and I'll guide you from there. If there isn't, you'll have to take the car to a dealer
