How far up did the water level rise? It's a good idea to check for water contamination in all the components that have fluids and also check everything that was underwater for damage and lubricate everything with spray oil like WD40. If the water was not too high you may not have to do anything, the front and rear differentials would be the first to get water in the vents, after that the trans and engine should be checked for water on the dipsticks, it floats and if you see any, change the oils.
