1993 Dodge Dakota I Thinks Its A Fuse

Hi, I just replaced my blower motor and it wont work along with my cigarette lighter, I checked all my fuses and none are blown so I dont know if it fell out or whats going on, the cigarette lighter was working and it quit.

Hi:
Were you getting power to the blower motor before you finished working on it? I need you to check something for me. Open the hood and on the passanger side of the firewall you will see a connection with about 8 wires plugging in to the blower motor resister. Check the condition of the black plastic plug. They are known to over heat as a result of a bad resister, melt and lose connection. If that is the case, repair the plug and replace the blower motor resister. That is most likely where the problem lies. Make sure you're getting power there too before replacing.
