1991 Dodge Dakota

Why does my truck start and run but when I put it in Gear I drive forward it is slow on exseleration for about 100 yards it dies and won't start until it is cooled off for about 1 min then will start up and go another 100 feet and die again
parts replaced
cap
rotor
spark plugs + wires
map sensor
fuel filter
alternator
ecu
i have also checked for codes and all I get is 12 for battery bing disconnected and 55 for end I have replaced the fuel filter, when I had it removed I checked for fuel to be pumping out of the line which it looked good to me and checked for injector pulse which also looked to be working fine how do you check for spark and why would it be spark plugs if they are new along with cap and rotor
