06 Charger - Ticking noise detected after installing new CAI

Good day, glad I came across this site.

After installing a new aGe Stage 2 CAI, I noticed slight ticking noise which would occur at part throttle around the 40km/h or 80km/h mark.

A couple days later I installed a DS Predator canned tune and the ticking is now louder at again part throttle only.

My question is could this ticking noise be coming from the EGR valve. It seems odd that no noise was there with the stock sealed air box only with the change to the CAI.

Can you tell aprox where the noise is coming from?

I can tell that it is definately coming from the front of the car. It's only been detected since installation of the CAI.

When you say ticking, the only thing I can think of is a lifter. If you remove the serp belt and start the engine (for only a few seconds to avoid damage) does the sound go away? I realize this may sound crazy, but not being there makes it more difficult and I want to eliminate as much as I can.
