I have a 2002, Dodge Grand Caravan with electric side sliding rear doors. The seat belt buckle on the passenger side has gotton stuck in the door and know I can't open then door either manually or by power.

How can I get the buckle out of the way so the door will open?

You can try disconnecting the battery, then you will have to menover the door in and out as much as possible each time you do pull on the belt out from the door. sometimes this might take some time. try working the belt out in different directions. The only way other than that I know of is taking the door loose from the vehicle
