Nothing working on Dash

Hello, This is a 1999 Dodge Caravan. There is nothing working on my dash(Fuel, Speedometer or Temp Gauage)also it does not show anything else such as door is ajar or what gear I am inor how many KM is on my van. Can you help me with the problem and maybe give me a solution. Thanks Dave, Calgary, AB

You may want to check and see if you have a blown fuse or look for a loose or disconnnected electrical harness at the dash instrument panel. How long has it been doing this?
