Welcome, do you live in an extremely cold region? If so, maybe a block heater will help get things warmed up quicker. Check thermostat. Check that the radiator fan doesn't stay on all the time.

I can't tell you what I used to do to truck radiators to get operating temp up, when extremely cold. I'm a backwoods mechanic, anyway. I'm not up for liability issues.
