Blower motor would work but sometimes only at one speed than ok again, sometimes would slow down from hi to a slower speed than ok again, now not at all just forced air. I'm pretty sure its the resistor and I know where it is, but its my co. Car and I want to be sure before I become a hit and miss parts changer. I have a good 12 v test light I just need the proper procedure to ck all components. Also where exactly is the blower motor. Car does not have auto climate control. Thank You very much.

Chances are it is the resister. The fan is under the dash on the driver's side. Check to see if it is getting power. IF it is, then the motor is bad. If there is no power, then move to the resister.

Best check the front blower motor relay and front control module before you get to the resistor

When you say, NO IT"S NOT, do you mean it's not the resister, not getting power?
