Hi:
This is a process of elimination. First, you need to check if the motor itself is getting power. If it is, chances are the motor is bad. If it isn't, then you need to check the blower motor resister for power. If it has power but is not passing it to the motor, the resister needs replaced. Next, check power at the switch. Make sure power is to and out of the switch.
