Haynes manual does not say where fuse is and there is not radio nor cigarette lighter fuse in fuse box under hood. Where is the fuse for Radio and lighter?

Heater fan, electric mirrors and electrical outlet (cigarette lighter) do not come on/work at all. I think all fuses are checked but any advice could be helpful and is much appreciated.

Check fuses 7 &18 underhood for mirror and power outlet. Check three things I've pointed out in pic for blower.

I have a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan with 71,000 miles. My stereo and cigarette lighter quit working. The digital clock will still display if you push the time button on the stereo. I am hoping it is a blown fuse. I took the cover off the IPM Fuse & Relay Center and all the fuses look good. There are several larger black fuses that don't really look like fuses. The fuse diagram does not list one for the stereo, so I am just wondering if you know which one it is or if you know what it would be called? Maybe the accessory relay? If so, how do you change this one? It is one of the larger black things that doesn't look like a fuse. Does it just pull out or do I have to take it in to the dealership? Help! Thanks !

It should be fuse #5 at the accessory relay. Check out the diagrams below.

Radio, Clock and Power outlets just stopped working. I replaced the accessories relay and no change. Hoping it is just something simple so I won't have to take it in for repair.

A wiring diagram would help to find where the power is coming from for your outlets. Sometimes the power for the accessories goes thru a separate circuit. Check the fuseable links by the battery and all the fuses.
