2003 Dodge Caravan hesitation at start

I have a 2003 Grand Caravan with 115000k. The engine light is on. It has a small "jerk" at some starts. I was told at one time that it may be a module issue. It runs and shifts fine at all speeds, just does that small jerk at some(but not all) beginning of acceleration. Any ideas before I take it to a transmission shop and I'm told I need a transmission:) Tran was rebuilt about 20k ago.

Check engine light:

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on.
