What is actually done during a deluxe induction service on a 2003 dodge grand caravan? It was all service and no parts - $129.95. Was I swindled?

If your van was running ok, I believe your whole communications system between the different modules, and the sensors and small motors were tested, reset, and checked. If you were having a problem but no problems were noticed on a roadtest, bulletins about the problems were searched and an electronic scan with a very expensive hand held computer was done to cover the time spent. You were charged for a necessary service for your safety and their records for future problems or maintenance. It is a 2009 whole car computer test. Very smart thing to do.
