i have a 2000 dodge van 3.0 the surpitne belt keeps rideing or tracking off one grove on the power steering pump to the out side all apears lined up with a straght edge nwe power steering pump and pully with all items in a fixed pos what could it be i changed the pump thinking it was bad could it be a bad tension pully
