my van overheats and the ac goes warm at the same time, what could be causing it?

Stuck thermostat, weak radiator, loss of coolant caused by an external or internal leak, failed water pump, failed headgasket.
Check the basics first. Check to make sure there is coolant in the resevoir and tank.
