Since my caravan get to that mileage the car is shaking or going off when I am turning my question is how to do the tune up

Do you have a check engine light?

Check the engine compression if okay give it a major tune-up that's spark plugs/wire/cap/rotor/fuel filter/airfliter and run an injection cleaner and see what happens
