I have a 96 Grand Caravan. Over the last couple of weeks, when turning the key, it would click in the power distribution center but the starter would not kick in. Turning the key a time or two then it would start. Now the problem is to the point it will rarely kick the starter. I have replaced the 40 amp fuse and the starter relay to no avail. The starter was replaced about a year and a half ago. Could this problem still be due to a faulty ignition switch even though you can hear the current hit the relay. The key cylinder turns normally and does not stick.
