I can think of two ways, take a fuel line loose, aim into container, run the pump, let the fuel pump do it.

Use a siphon hose, if it won't go down the fill neck, on other models, I have taken the fill hose loose from the tank, run the siphon hose straight into the tank.

Some autostores sell a siphon hose rig, I've never used it. Whatever you drain out, you need to dispose of in a legal manner.
