Cylinder number two not working

No fire on 2 cylinders. Unplug coil and it doesn't change how it runs. Swapped out coil's same thing. Replaced pug wire same thing not working.

If you have a misfire on number 2 only then we need to go through the basic items that are going to cause a misfire on a single cylinder.

It sounds like you have replaced the coil and wire, but did you replace the spark plug as well? If not, we need to do that first and foremost.

However, if you replaced the coil and wire, I assume you replaced the plug as well.

The next thing we should do is monitor the o2 sensor data if you have a scan tool that can do that. If not, it is not a big deal, we will just need to do a little more swapping of parts.

I would suggest next to swap the injector from this cylinder to another one and see if the misfire moves to that cylinder. If it does then you know the injector was the issue.

If the injector is not the issue, then we need to test the compression and make sure it is not a weak cylinder. Here is a guide for doing this:
