Whenever I start my van or open a door, the lights on the dashboard, A/C, radio, and (name guessing based of my own knowledge) the parking lights flash. You can hear the clicking of it happening, sounding almost as if the blinkers were going but aren't. They all start at the same exact time and eventually end at the same exact time after a minute or two.

Can you get a video of this happening? It sounds like we have a short in the cluster if these lights are all flashing just because you open the door.

This doesn't sound like a typical event but seeing it will help confirm this and then tell us what direction we need to go.

However, we need to start with the basics. Let's check for codes and find out if we have any module issues. I don't expect there to be any, but this is what we need to start with.

Also does the vehicle start properly when these lights are flashing, or do you have to wait until they stop?

The clicking that you are hearing is a relay, so we just need to find out why that is operating.

Let me know this info and if you can get a video and then we can go from there.

Thanks
