2006 Other Daihatsu Models Can hear noise when I am driving

Hi, WhenI start the car, there is a noise near the fan I think. Not sure. The more I accelorate the louder it gets. It sounds a spinner on a washing machine. When I change gear it goes quieter. Thanks
