It is very hard to do a quote with out seeing the car first especially for a big job like this. Also the cost of parts can vary depending on where you live ans can the labour costs. I also do not know what has caused the head problem, is there other issues that need to be dealt with as well, also doing on head only is not normal practice, the other head should be removed and inspected or O/hauled at the same time. I suggest that it would be better to visit a few local mechanic and discuss the problem with them first hand and let them look at the job, as they will be able to bake a better estimate this way.
