Truck running rough, no power and very shaky

Code scanner said misfiring cylinders 2, 4, 6, 8. What is the best way to troubleshoot?

Since this is all on one bank I suspect you have either a fuel delivery issue on that bank or a compression issue. It is unlikely to be a spark plug, coil, or injector as those are separate for each cylinder. Unless you recently replaced any of those on each cylinder of just this bank. If not I suspect a compression related issue.
