Can not get over 2000 rpm's under load ( holding brake in drive) when 2000 is approached the engine sputters, pops back through the intake and can do whatever you want with the throttle once 2000 is reached. In neutral the engine runs perfect and you can accelerate up to 4500 and it runs very smooth. ECM and fuel pump/filter have been replaced. Vac lines have been checked and pcv valve was defective. This just came on all of a sudden. Exhaust is not plugged .
