engine stopped running just four days after having the cylinder head changed

Hi, my car just had a cylinder head changed, it has been running fine for the past four days and today whilst driving my engine just cut out out of the blue and wont start. again I need help!

First you need to check for codes, and also make sure that you have spark, injection pulse and fuel pressure, get back to me with the findings.
