Cruise control not working

Take it to a mechanic. The first thing he is going to ask is what is the car model, year, and engine size. Hopefully you can provide that simple information, otherwise he will have to run outside and look for himself.

He won't have any clue as to what "all the fuses work" means or what tests you did to determine that. There's dozens of things that can cause improper or no operation of the cruise control system that have nothing to do with fuses.
