I have 2 codes that have come up. One is a P0011 intake camshaft position timing over-advanced bank 1, and the other is a P0014 exhaust camshaft position system performance. For the P0011 code I replaced the sensor and it's still coming up after clearing the code. What else could it be? For the P0014 code how do you know if it is a sensor or the actuator valve? And how do you know which one since there are two for the exhaust?

Yep, it sounds like the oil control valve is stuck open, here is the location of the valve so you can change it out, also please make sure the engine oil is clean and full.

Here's a breakdown of what these codes usually mean:

P0011: "A" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance (Bank 1)
P0014: "B" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance (Bank 1)

These codes may indicate that the camshaft position is too far advanced compared to where it should be, which can be due to various underlying problems.

Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

The p0011 code says for intake bank 1 the p0014 says for exhaust performance doesn't say what bank. Should I just change out both actuators for intake bank 1 and exhaust bank 1?

That is what I would do, if one failed the other is right behind it. Please let me know.
