Crank no start, security light on

Good fuel pressure runs with ether. 60 # at crank. New filter and pump. Security light on all the time. I think no fuel injection pulse. Have test light and meter to check injector power at engine connection if I had wire diagram. Put obd2 scanner on at crank and got the following live:

fuel system 1) OL fuel system 2) OL
codes; 1) tps low volt 2) another I think evap low volt.

New battery, good crank volts. Owner purchased recently and used for 2-500 miles no issues over couple months. Key not original and no black plastic, just cheap metal old style. Pretty much Florida winter so not really cold.

Hi,

I need you to try something. Turn the key to the run position and wait approximately 10 minutes to see if the security light turns off. If it does, see if it will start.

Also, if you look at the attachments below, I included the entire wiring schematic for the powertrain management (engine controls). I had to cut them in half to make them readable. I did overlap them so you can follow from one to the next.
