Hi,
Are you able to hear the fuel pump run at all? If not and it's new, then we need to check power supplies and the circuit open relay.
I attached two pics below. The first one shows the ignition fuse (7.5 amp) which powers the EFI injection. Confirm that fuse is good and has power to and from it.

If that is good, I need you to check the blue wire going to the fuel pump to see if there is power. The power comes from the ECM to the circuit open relay and then to the pump. If there is no power, remove the relay and see if there is a different one having the same part number. If there is, switch them to see if it makes a difference.
