Hi,
It could be a MAF, but I don't feel that would cause a constant misfire to one or two cylinders. Have you checked the fuel injectors for power and a ground? I wish I had the wiring schematic for you because I could tell you exactly what to check.
Do me a favor. I don't have the schematic, but most vehicles function the same. Inspect each of the fuel injector connectors. There should be two wires going to each one. Of the two wires, one at each injector will be the same color throughout all injectors, and one will be a different color. Check that for me.
If you do find each one having one wire that is the same at each injector, that is likely the power supply. To confirm this, turn the key to the run position (engine off) and using a test lamp, see if there is power at each injector.
If there is power, then we need to check for a ground path to the PCM. You will need a helper for this.
Take the test light alligator clip and connect it to the battery's positive side. Probe the wire that is a different color at each connector and have the helper crank the engine. If you are getting a ground from the PCM, the light will flash on and off.
Please understand, this is how I am able to check almost all vehicles. However, although it is unlikely, this one could be different.
