I have my fans wont turn on automatically. Car begins to heat up. I am able to turn on the fans if I turn on the air conditioner. So I know the fans are working. I have recently replaced the cooling temperature sensor and thermostat.

There is nothing wrong with your car. that is exactly how they are programmed to work. They are not programmed to come on until approx 226 degrees that may seem too hot to you, but I assure you it was done intentionally. It will never go all the way into the red. the fans will come on before that.
