Coolant reservoir hose connection

My car is overheating and one of the obvious observations I have seen is that the mechanic who worked on my car disconnected the 3 reservoir hoses. And has done a wrong connection resulting in improper water circulation, which eventually leads to the overheating within 30 minutes.

i will like if possible a drawing of how and where the three hoses should be connected.
