Coolant leakage

Hi,
I have a Toyota Fielder. it keeps on leaking coolant, so am forced to keep on refilling the reservoir, to avoid overheating.
What could be the problem?

Where is the leak? most times you will find a hose go bad as the rubber gets old. All it takes is a pin hole to loose all your coolant. First find out where the leak is.
