Crankcase filled with engine coolant

I have had heads in machine shop 2 times and have been told they are good and they checked and planed heads. what is the possibility that it could be an intake gasket leak? I hope it is not a cracked block. engine has never got hot. I torqued heads as proscribed all 3 times, but the first 2 times I found a sensor wire trapped under head on rear head, as i have been working outside and couldn't see the wire so each and every time I have replaced head bolts and new gaskets. I feel 3rd time I did not make any mistakes. in less than 1 mile crankcase filled with engine coolant with this amount of coolant getting into oil. I feel it is not a head problem am thinking intake gasket. problem what say you?

We need to start with eliminating the head gasket for sure. This is the most likely cause and with the amount of work that has been done involving the heads, we need to make sure they are not the cause as they would be the first thing I would think of. Here is a guide that helps with this:

The other likely causes are leaking oil cooler, which I don't believe the 3.0L had one, and cracks in the head and block. It is unlikely that the manifold not sealing is causing this because you don't have coolant going through the intake.
