I'm not sure where you are located to provide this type of info. As far as chains, it seems like it is hit or miss. Many of these places are in need of employees and aren't getting quality qualified individuals.
The best thing to do is perform the service yourself. It isn't hard to do.
Your vehicle should have come with a coolant called Dexcool. Make sure the same thing is reused. You don't want to mix it with other types unless it is a universal coolant that indicates it can be mixed with Dexcool.
