I was just wondering if a cold intake would really be worth installing on a completely stock engine?

Chill out. We are volunteers that work for free when we have the time.

My opinion is a cold air intake would be of no benefit to any car. They are just a marketing scam and do not produce any noticeable difference in horsepower. You have a computer controlled system that you can simply fool into changing fuel mixture. It has temp sensors in the intake and the engine that adjust accordingly. The 0/2 sensors will over ride any changes in fuel mixture.
