Clutch pedal goes to the floor?

The clutch pedal has started going all the way to the floor when pressed but at certain times does not come back you have to pull it back up with your toe. If the brake pedal is pumped this seems to resolve the issue temporarily until it happens again. Brake fluid reservoir had been drained and replaced and has been bled vis the clutch also. But the issue came back the following week. Any advice?

Yep, this happens when the clutch master needs to be replaced.
