Hi,

Are they moving in sync at the same time? Can you video what is happening and upload it for me to see?

Let me know.
Joe

Cracked solder is getting to be a common issue with vehicles ever since they stopped adding lead to the solder. Now instead of having flex it is brittle and fails. Happens with clusters, ECM's, and most other modules as well. However repairing them can be interesting if you don't have the proper equipment to solder surface mount components at it is very easy to overheat the solder pads and burn them off of the board. If parts are damaged they can be very difficult to find replacements for as well. However, if you have the tools and the abilities it is possible to repair them, you are the best at determining if that is the case.
