Cluster and shifting gone out?

My vehicle listed above dash cluster goes out when I accelerate, and I lose ability to shift my windshield wipers turn on and pretty much nothing electrical works.

You could have an alternator that has a diode out which can then charge the system with AC voltage which can cause the issues you are describing.

This will also help test the voltage output which if it is too high can cause electrical accessories to shut down. If everything is okay, I have seen the TIPM go out on these cars but to be sure let's run a CAN scan. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

After replacing the TIPM nothing changed. Windshield wipers still going crazy along with everything electrical and not allowing the car to shift.

Hmm, I am wondering if you have a rare condition of the alternator diode being out and the system is having AC voltage pumped into it. Please go over this guide to be sure:

Check out towards the bottom it tells how to test for AC voltage, sorry about the TIPM they had problems with them.
