When the struts were replaced, did you replace them as an assembly or only the shock portion? It isn't uncommon for the strut mount (bearing) to cause a noise over a bump when they are bad. I attached a pic of what I am referring to.
Next, you mentioned replacing the sway bars. Do you mean the links or the sway bar itself along with the rubber insulators where it attaches to the body? See pic 2
One other thing, there were issues with the rack and pinion insulators going bad. However, they primarily made noise when turning, but anything is possible.
Let me know if there is anything other than a bump that can cause the noise, if it can be felt in the steering or seat, and anything you can think of that may help point me in the right direction.
