Replaced clock spring now noise in brakes.

If you mean you replaced the clock spring under the steering wheel and now you have brake noise, I cannot think of anything that would connect them.

Now if you replaced the coil springs it is possible something became bent or that the parking brake cables were stretched enough to apply and stick.
