2000 Other Citroen Models Manual 86000 miles

Hi, my car won't start, doesn't even click when I turn the ignition and no lights are working including interior and dash board lights. Nothing works. What could be wrong? I'm guessing it's the battery because it has no charge but I only had a new one fitted last month.

Lets get that battery load tested to find out exactly whether its good if it is-could be a short circuit somewhere in the electrical system draining the battery overnite causing the problem.
