Please can you help? I have tried to change the alternator belt on c3, but I am having problems.
There seems to be no let on the tensioner or pulley or alternator how do you fit the belt?

Here is an image I found. Though the bolt looks a little buried you can use a wrench to fit it over the bolt to loosen it. Once loose the belt can be changed by using a pry bar and fighting release spring. Please let us know how it goes.

Unfortunately we don't have service manual on this vehicle because it is not offered here in the USA so we are limited in the help we can provide. However, I found this video on a 2011 with the same engine. Clearly it is a newer vehicle but it appears to be the same. If this is not the same as your vehicle, can you get a picture of the pulleys from the same angle as this picture and we will see if we can figure out what needs to be done. Thanks
