I received this car as a gift for Christmas .
I have already needed to repair the power steering component.
My power socket for charging phones etc, is loose. Not the part that the charger fits into, the actual socket. It moves around the edges.
I also have a charging port but it doesn't work.
Can you help w both issues?

More than likely the power outlet that is loose just needs to be replaced. There are tabs on this inside of it that secure it in place.

Below is the info on how to replace it. You should be able to find the tool at most parts stores.

As for the charging port that is not working, can you get a picture of where this is so that I can get an idea on what to track down for it.

Thanks
